Why have I not heard from my Happiness Engineer post guided transfer?

  Why have I not heard from my Happiness Engineer in three days even though I purchased the Guided Transfer with 14 days of support?

  I’m not happy at all. I’m about to just get a refund because I have sent almost a dozen questions, I haven’t heard anything from Velda in days, and I feel like this service has not been worth the cost and frustration… I feel like this purchase wasn’t worth it because none of these questions have been answered….
