Why have I not received the domain and email access?

    I paid $189 through paypal for premium upgrade, domain name and Google apps email address. But upon finishing the payment, I have not been given access to any of those.

    What is the status? Do I have to wait for it to update?

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and that payment didn’t go through. (There was a problem on PayPal’s end with that payment.) Please contact PayPal for more assistance with your PayPal account, to make sure everything is working so you can purchase those upgrades here. :)
