Why have some followers stopped receiving email notifications of posts?

  For over a month now, blog followers have been complaining on our Facebook page that they’re not receiving email notifications anymore. They also can’t resubscribe. How can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I stopped getting new post email notifications 2 days ago.

  Is this a glitch?

  Why on Earth would you wait for a month to seek help? I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Because I’ve spent the last month in Côte d’Ivoire with patchy internet connection and a child hospitalised with malaria followed by all four of us going down with typhoid… Is it at all possible for you to get this information from the comments left on our Facebook page Africa Clockwise – I’m struggling a bit here! Thanks :)

  Hi there,

  Please reply here with the email addresses of the people who aren’t getting email notifications, and I can investigate this for you. (I took a peek at your Facebook page, but I can’t get their email addresses from there and I need that to check everything on our end.) Thanks!
