Why have you changed it so I can't open a photo in a new window?

Why have you changed things so that when someone clicks on a thumbnail, it now no longer can be opened in a new window? Do you want me to continue to pay for this service??? Because if the people that follow me can’t open my photos in a new window, I will change services. I have been with you for a number of years, but am thinking of dropping you if this is the change you are going to make. I need someone to give me an answer to this pretty quick…

Hi there!
There were some recent changes to the Visual Editor and Image Editor that removed the ability to add a border. You can read more about those changes here:
However, you should still be able to link an image to an attachment page. Then, when a user clicks the image, it will open the full size file. Is that what you’re referring to?
