  Can someone from WordPress.com please contact me about the payment you have just taken from my account please?

  Does anyone on the forums know anyway to contact WordPress.com directly?

  Thanks – but that just takes me back here?

  I follow the links – ask a support question and it just gives me the option to post it on this forum? There no other option of contact link I can see.

  Thanks for helping.

  That’s exactly what I did (clicked on “Get in touch with Support”)

  And that takes me to a page where the ONLY option is to “Post a question in our public forums.”

  I’ve tried several times and the link always takes me to the same place.

  What happens when you click on it?
