Why haven't ads been removed?

  Unauthorized vendors are linking ads to my blogs, and I have paid for the upgrade. Please remove them and/or remove my upgrade if that will not take care of these unauthorized linkings.

  Would you please take a screenshot of what you see and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so I can take a look?

  They are links to ads that I did not add.
  Examples from the latest post are linked to words like: “back problems” and “applying” and “student”

  From what you’re describing, it looks like you may have some malware installed in your web browser: a software that links words to ads on your own computer.

  Can you please try another browser, like Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, and see if those links are still there?

  Note that we never mess with your content – our ads are clearly marked as such.
