Why header is settled on the menu?

my wordpress blog site has a resonar theme and it’s demo version has a beautiful homepage started with header.but in my site i try to add header and it added on the menus ugly.so i want to add header down the menus.please help me !

Hi there, I don’t see any header image currently on your site at eapilk.wordpress.com and according to the theme’s showcase page, that large image is displayed below the menu when you make one of your posts a sticky (featured) post:
Each post displays a full-screen Featured Image, which helps to visually tell your story. The large Featured Image is also used for a Sticky Post on your blog’s homepage. It works best at 2000px wide and 1500px high.

Hey, please now see it.before i canceled it.i have featured image all posts but after the header is adding ,it is changing as a small resize.i want to add header only homepage and down the menus of web.please help

Hello again, the theme you have chosen doesn’t work this way.
For a large image to appear below the menu on your homepage, you need to set one of your Posts as a sticky/featured post, as explained in the theme showcase page I linked to earlier.
What you appear to be doing is adding a header image, which then appears above the menu by default. In order to change the position of the header image below the menu, you would need to upgrade to either the Premium or Business plan in order to directly change the theme’s stylesheet.
