  Respected sir ,
  i am unable to see as well as install any ‘plugins’ in my dashboard .
  my site is https://itbigengineers.wordpress.com/
  secondly i also want to learn how to put all my post in my Home page .
  please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

  The forums aren’t the fire brigade. Click on “My Site” “Customize” and “Static Front Page” to get your latest posts to be your front page. Then click “Save”.

  PS: You cannot install your own plugins here at WordPress.com. You need a self-hosted WordPress.org site for that.
