Why i am not getting option for uploading me own theme ?

  I am trying to upload my own theme but their it is not letting me do that. Please let me know what’s wrong with this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Your website, http://subtleethos.wordpress.com/, is a WordPress.com site on free plan. WordPress.com users can upload third-party themes only if they have business plan on their website. Users of WordPress.com free plan, personal plan, or premium plan cannot upload third-party themes. However, free plan users can use large number of themes listed in free theme library.
