You can reach out to the Billing team for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
They’ll get back to you from there. -

Your payments are being declined by your bank. Please contact them directly to find out why.
@austinsangs, payments being declined does not mean purchases are disabled. If purchases are disabled on someone’s account, they won’t even be able to add an upgrade, so they’ll never make it to the checkout screen to have a payment be declined.Please rather tag threads like this for staff so we can check what’s going on before advising the user on the next steps.
