Why I can not see my followers page In the dashboard?

  At the Stats page of my blog there is not an option to see who your followers are.

  This page should help you locate your follower stats:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/#follower-stats

  First navigate to the Site Stats page, and then scroll down and click on the active followers link in the Totals, Followers & Shares module.
