Why i cannot found the install theme from an uploaded file?

  Hi,

  I have upgraded to wordpress premium because i want to be able to instgall a theme i buyed elsewhere (Avada -themeforest).

  In the instruction it said to go to appearance -> themes -> install themes.

  This install themes do not appear on my dashboard.

  I want to be sure i make the right choice buying wordpress premium and will retract if i cannot install my theme.

  It looks like you’ve already refunded the Premium bundle and deleted your site. For future reference, themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com, only self-hosted blogs using WordPress.org software. More on the difference between the two here:
