  Hello there, it looks like you need to be logged in with a different WordPressdotcom username account goldaltaperformance in order to access that site. This account you are posting from here in the forums is less than an hour old.

  First log out of this WordPressdotcom account, and then log back in with the above account.

  Let us know how that goes.

  Also, just adding that once you are logged in with the correct username account, you will have access to direct support via LiveChat and email when you post to https://wordpress.com/help/support
