Why I can't add a theme to my wordpress?

  In the menu Appearence there is no option to add a new theme on my wordpress.How can I upload a new theme??Please help me.

  A theme can’t be uploaded and installed on a WordPress.com hosted site. However, there are a lot of themes already available that you can activate. Also, with the Premium plan, you can use custom CSS to change the look of the theme.

  If you really want to use a particular theme not available here, you would need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up a site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
