Not sure what tradedoubler is, but we can’t run adverts on wordpress.COM blogs.
If you want to have ads, then look into self-hosting at wordpress.ORG -
i tried to insert the code from TradeDoubler (image and javascript). the link will replaced with another

You are trying to use forbidden code.
We can not use javascript. WordPress will strip it out.
