why I can’t be found by google?

I don’t see anything obvious. You aren’t using too many tags or categories, at least. Since I can’t read the blog, I can’t tell exactly what you are writing about, but from the images and such it again doesn’t look like there is anything that should be preventing you from being on the search engines and tags pages.
Go to settings > privacy and make sure that “I would like my blog to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Sphere, Technorati) and archivers” is selected. If it is not, then select it and click save changes.

You don’t have a tag on your blog called viewer2009. Check here: http://viewer2009.wordpress.com/tag/viewer2009/ . The tags pages do not pick up your blogname, only tags and categories that you assign to your posts will be picked up.

Click on any of the tags underneath your blog posts, and you will find your posts in the wordpress tags pages. I just checked your recent posts (20th) since they would be the easiest to find.
