why I can’t create a blog page on my website that is separate from home blogs

How can I create a new page for blogs, but don’t allow those blogs to appear in the home page, as the home will have different blog topics!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s good thank you, but how can I remove all categories from home page and keep only one?
