Why i can’t drag the Widget?

  Why i cannot drag the widget on the presentation tab?? If i try it, i just block the text, not drag the box.. So, i cannot do anything with the sidebar. I use mozilla firefox and IE as my browser. Is there anybody experience the problem like me?? What is the solution?? please help me.

  Do don’t happen to have javascript turned off by any chance, do you? Or a high security setting within your browsers that may be not allowing JS to run?

  My settings for IE are default…
