  Why i can’t install plugins on my site?

  I have a basic account and i want to install some pluggins, but , i can’t see that option in my admin panel.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Custom plugins are only available if you’re using the self-hosted WordPress.org software.
