Why I can’t login to my website anymore? WordPress didn’t even tell me a reason

  I couldn’t log in to my site anymore and WordPress didn’t even tell me a reason! There is also no way for me to email or call them directly! When I log in to my dashboard it says I don’t have any active or purchased sites, WTF?
