Why I can't restore a site that i deleted?

i created a site – edificacoescmt.wordpress.com – and i deleted. Now i want to create a site with the same url but i cant, it said that the site already exists.
when i visit the page it says:
‘edificacoescmt.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.’Can toy resolve it? i really want that URL

Sorry to be telling this, but once a blog/URL is deleted, it can’t ever be used again, not even by its original owners.
My advice to others stumbling upon this thread — don’t delete a URL/blog unless you’re sure the address won’t ever be used again. This same warning is shown quite a few times when permanently deleting a blog, and shouldn’t be overlooked.
Blogs can be set to private, and I personally prefer this option over deletion.
