Why I can’t see the home page….

  ..in listet page site, they are only all other pages listet, but not the “Home” page.

  That’s not a page like those you add yourself: it’s a navigation tab to direct a reader back to the front of your blog, and it’s built into the theme, so you cannot remove it. If you don’t like it, you can only switch to a different theme. There are themes with header page tabs but no built-in home tab, and there are themes with no header tabs at all (in which case you’ll need the Pages widget for your sidebar).
