why i can’t upload my own theme in free plan?

    I want to upload my own theme with free plan and i don’t have the money to pay right away let me earn some bucks then i’d pay for your business subscription, i am a student and we should have the independence of doing all.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I can see you want to set up your website and upload themes.
    But things work a little differently at WordPress.com.

    To be able to upload themes and plugins here requires WordPress.com Business plan.

    We have a lot of free themes which can help you in setting up your website for now on your free plan.

    You always have the option to add an upgrade to your site later on.
