Why i cant Upload New WordPress Theme in this account..?

  Hello,

  I want to upload a new theme which I have but can’t do that please help me out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan are able to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  Other sites can select themes from the WordPress.com theme directory: https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you let us know what kind of theme you’re looking for, we may be able to give some suggestions. :)
