Why I couldn't hear from wordpress within 24 hours for my import from xanga?

    I had imported one file before, and it can be imported successfully. However, for my second file upwards, I cannot import those files from xanga. It is still showing “processing” for more than three days. Hope you can help me to fix the problem!

    I just reset the import tool for you, so you can try importing your Xanga files again. Please make sure you’re following the steps in our guide here: Import from Xanga
