Why I don't get email notification of expiring site-mapping??

    I am used to get any notification that a service is going to end soon. On WordPress I got one single notification, hidden in the account menu without any attention calling sign or symbol. After 8 days offline and dead link my Google ranking is anywhere…

    Is there any possibility to get email notification for soon expiring/ending services before I loose my reach?? :)

    Good morning –

    We send several emails out before an upgrade expires, the first is about one 2 months in advance of the expiration date.

    Those notifications are sent to the email address listed on the account at wordpress.com/me/account/ Is that the address you’ve been checking?

    Also, make sure you haven’t disabled notifications in the settings on your profile. https://wordpress.com/me/notifications
