Why I don't receive "Thank you gift for help with WordPress.com translation"?
-
In 2016 I helped to translate WordPress.com and I received the “Thank you gift for WordPress.com translation” award. In 2017, I also translated WordPress.com, but I didn’t receive the award.
I am interesting whether these awards are limited to one year or have been canceled. In the event of an error, I would like to receive an award. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I had no idea that any voluntary efforts have ever been rewarded in any way and I’ve volunteered here for over 11 years.
When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Hi there,
In 2016 our Internationalization team sent out thank you gifts to some translators who made a significant contribution throughout the year. But it’s not an award, nor payment for work you do voluntarily, and not something we do every year.
