Why I have 2 homepage with 1 account?

    I have 1 account on WordPress, which is corealtrip. However, why do I have 2 homepages below?
    corealtripcom.wpcomstaging.com
    corealtrip.wpcomstaging.com

    There is the main domain ‘https://corealtrip.com/’ with primary address assigned but why is it redirecting to another sub domain. I checked the settings and there is main domain and primary address but it’s redirected to another domain. Would you please fix it?

    The most important thing is that I had a free domain from WP ecommerce plan, corealtrip.com, but when I entered my site, it became https://corealtripcom.wpcomstaging.com/=> eCommerce plan. (I paid already)
    corealtrip.wpcomstaging.com=> it shows “free plan” I didn’t pay.

    I want my domain back like corealtrip.com, which I got from wordpress business plan for 1 year.

    I assumed it was because I clicked “Transfer” wrong. “Transfer this domain to any site you are an administrator on.”

    I paid for them but I couldn’t apply right now because I have 2 sites. I don’t know why I have 2 sites.

    Could you help me get corealtrip.com back? I don’t need corealtrip.wpcomstaging.com but I couldn’t delete it.

    Hi there,

    Firstly, apologies for any confusion. It’s difficult for us to see based on your activity logs how you came to have two sites, but I can confirm that two sites were created somehow, each of them upgraded to the Commerce Plan.

    Firstly, the good news is that it appears you did transfer the domain successfully, and also that you canceled the plan on the unwanted site correctly. You can confirm the refund is processed here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Regarding your domain, due to several factors (including browser caching) you may still see the “old site” for a little while after you move your domain. That seems like it may be the case with what you are seeing. On my end when I visit corealtrip.com this is what I see, which appears to be the correct site:

    Hopefully you are seeing that as well, but if not the good news is that it will clear up on it’s own so there is nothing more you may need to do. The fact I see it correctly is a good sign that everything is correct and you will see it soon as well.

    I have also deleted corealtrip.wpcomstaging.com (after confirming the refund was processed successfully) and you will no longer see it on your account.
