Why i lost my Headline theme after i tried to change theme to Debut but then i cancel debut, wanting to return to my purchased headline theme over a year ago.
please return my rights to get my Headline theme back.

I responded to your question in the premium themes forum, but now I realize that you would not be able to access it since you currently do not have any premium themes. So I apologize for the wait and will help you get this sorted out here.
I had a look at our records, and you purchased the Headlines theme on February 23, 2011 for edwinruser.wordpress.com. Then it looks like the Headlines theme was refunded on June 20, 2011. Do you or someone else who has access to your account remember asking for a refund? I’m also seeing that you recently refunded your purchase of the Debut theme.
Since the Headlines theme was refunded, your money was already returned to you, back in June. Therefore, you can go ahead and purchase it again and you’re not paying for it twice.
Once you purchase a premium theme, it will last for the lifetime of your blog, as long as you don’t refund the purchase.

I still used my headline theme until about a few days ago, and i have not yet refund it. Only me have tthe authority on theme. And what i was refunded on june was another theme, i forgot whats the news, and as the terms and condition, how can i refund it on june when i purchase it on feb? It is 30 days only to refund it as i can still use my headline theme until about a few days ago, when i tried to buy debut theme, but it seems not nice, then i refunded it, but i lost my purchased headline theme which i never refunded it!!!!
Please check it carefully.

What i purchase and refund on june was delicious magazine. So please return my headline theme which i have paid $45 AND NEVER REFUNDED IT! See the date, i could not get any refund money after 30 days, it is impossible for me to waste the money. And i can still use it a few days ago, but it disappears after i refund the debut theme! And after you guys change the layout! Pleae give me back my theme!!!!

Hi novelku, you’re correct, the refund period is only 30 days. I apologize for not catching that earlier when I checked the records! However, our records do show that the theme was removed from your account. I am not exactly sure why this is, but will look into it for you. In the meantime, I have opened a support ticket for you so that we can resolve this through email. Please confirm that you received the email, and we can close this thread.
