That is the price for the auto renewal of an annual Premium upgrade.
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

Like @Timethief mentioned, it sounds like you were charged for a premium plan that was auto renewed. Do you remember the site associated with the charge? The account you are contacting us from is not associated with the charge.
