Why, if I bought the no ads upgrade do I still have ads?
-
I had bought the no ads upgrade. I had thought that this would remove all ads from the site; including the ads that pop up on select words. However on my site I am still seeing words that have ads linked into them. Is this not eliminated with this upgrade purchase?
Let me know soon, because if not I will consider the refund. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see any ads at http://intouchportal.wordpress.com/
Would you please take a screenshot of the ads you see and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look?
Here’s how to make a screenshot:
Please note that it’s possible for ads to appear in your browser that were *not* placed there by WordPress.com. These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:

Thank you for explaining; I think it is probably due to those conditions mentioned. What you have said helps a lot, thank you. I don’t think a screenshot will be necessary.
