Why is a deleted photo showing as the photo that accompanies my posts?

  It’s also the icon image when you look at the top of your browser and see the different sites you have open. It’s also the small photo that appears on the top left next to the WordPress icon and by the name of my blog. I want to change this photo to the photo that is now my profile photo. How do I do that, please?
