Why is a domain name that I was offered not available at check out?

    I have just signed up with WordPress, and also tried to register a domain name that was offered by the automatic search feature. However when checking out I received a message that the domain name was already taken. What happened? Do I need to wait for a certain period before the domain registers. As far as I can see my credit card has not been charged

    Hi @mykbell, which domain were you trying to buy? I can see you already have a domain on this account that was bought recently. Did you still need help?
