Why is an unauthorised advertisement for EcoPress appearing on my blog?

    Each time I post an article on my blog, an advertisement appears at the end of the post, from a company called Ecopressed.com. I have not authorised any such advertisement on my blog. Why is this ad appearing, and what do I have to do to remove it?
