Why is chat no longer available

  Why is chat no longer available. I have sent 6 emails in asking for help and have received 0 email responses.

  The chat was very helpful. What has changed?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I’ve been having the same problems with chat support not enabled @tnfunandfood so I emailed instead and the last email took over a month to get a support response.

  Since upgrading to the Business plan, chat support hasn’t been available as frequently as when I was on the Premium plan.

  If you are not seeing the live-chat option on a supported plan, this means that all of our Happiness Engineers are assisting other users. Please check back in a few minutes and we will do our best to connect with you as soon as we are able.

  For email inquiries, we answer all emails in the order they are received. We strongly recommend against sending multiple emails as this can slow us down and make it more difficult to respond to you in a timely manner.
