Why is domain mapping payment window freezing?

Twice i tried paying to renew my domain mapping via Paypal. After returning to the wp.com once I entered my paypal info, I return to the select payment window and everything freezes. Domain mapping is still turned off.

I don’t see any recent transactions on your account, so at least these didn’t go through.
Can you please tell us what browser (and version of) you’re using?

I was using Google Chrome 15.0.874.106 on MacOS 10.6.7. I will try safari and see if that helps.

I just tried it in Safari and the same thing happened. Here’s a link to the screenshot of the screen I end up on:
http://cl.ly/1p2e2T1N322a332u2t2ENone of the links on that page work: not the dashboard links on the left, not the flyouts, or the text links. I cannot enter any values in the text boxes. Oddly enough, the dashboard and drop down menus in the top bar work though.
Is there another way to activate the domain mapping?

This is still not working. Any luck figuring out what’s wrong. I’d really like to add domain mapping back. For now I guess I can forward. :(

It does sound like a browser issue, so please try clearing your cache and cookies:

There must be something wrong with the Paypal interface. I tried this on Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and get the same issue every time. I’d get back to the payment window after logging into the Paypal re-direct page, and the domains page is frozen. (See description and image link above in 11/17/11 reply).
Today I used a credit card instead of Paypal and it worked fine. Might be worth looking into.

Hmmm. I hadn’t tried that. If I had been logged into Paypal first, would it not have directed me to the Paypal login window?
