Why is Facebook publicize not working?

  Facebook Publicize is not working. I am going to be teaching a seminar to about 30 people in a few weeks, and part of the seminar is about creating a wordpress blog and linking it to their facebook page via Facebook publicize. Now Facebook Publicize is not working! How and when will this be fixed? I am going to feel really stupid telling people to use something that doesn’t work!

  I tried it and it seemed to work only for one post, then stopped working again. Very frustrating!

  That sounds like connectivity issue to me. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  I’ve changed the setting on my wordpress.com blog, but on my other blog (which is wordpress theme but self-hosted) I don’t see where I can enable HTTPS – weird!

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  great! Hopefully the advice you gave me about the https will work on my wordpress.com blog, and I’ll try wordpress.org for support on the other blog. Really appreciate the help!
