Why is font color showing up black on a black comment box for just a few posters

In June I wrote about a problem many of our posters are having with their font color showing up BLACK on the BLACK comment box which makes it impossible to read. Andrew replied and gave me a link to post for them to contact support since the problem was with their browsers. I posted the link on our blog for the ladies to correspond with Andrew and the link did not work. Could you please give us a working link so these ladies can contact you personally to work out the issues which keep reoccuring?
