Why is google search engine able to post a deleted document from my site?

  I deleted a post and even deleted the document on the post from the media gallery, and yet Google still shows the link when one uses the specific search term and one can still upload the document as a google DOC despite my having deleted the webpost and the document form the gallery.

  Is there a way to delete the document link from Google?

  Hi there – Google should eventually drop the now-deleted post and documents from their index. If you’d like to ask Google to drop the content from it index sooner, you can follow their instructions here:
