Why is home-page displaying incorrectly across multiple browsers and computers?

  Our blog (workersparty.org.nz) is not displaying correctly, on the homepage one post is apparently pinned and crowding out the other posts. This is not a browser issue, it occurs across multiple browsers and computers. Needs to be corrected ASAP.
