Why is IE9 suddenly giving an error before opening my posts?

    IE9, which my entire institute runs, has suddenly begun popping up a dialog box reading “This page is accessing information that is not under its control. This poses a security risk. Do you want to continue?” before it will open any individual post. I have not changed anything about the text, links, or images I put in the posts. Why has this problem started?
