Why is image and caption box creating unnecessary blank line above it?
-
When I add an image within the body of my text and align it right or left, the image will create a blank line or gap above itself. I don’t want this to happen since it looks as though the paragraph is being separated every time I add an image. How do I get rid of that extra line?

I cannot find an example on your site to see, but you can easily edit the lines using the Text Editor on the post.

I was able to remedy the problem by just adding photos into the body of the text without a caption. Whenever I use a caption, the caption box is what is creating a blank text line to pop up above the photo. Without the caption, the photo is right up against the text above it.

In the above post, you can see my problem when you look at the second picture down which is small and embedded in the text. It splits the text above and below it by adding a blank text line. This only gets fixed if I add no caption to the picture.
