WHY IS IT HARD TO GET SUPPORT WHEN URGENTLY NEEDED?

  Good day. My domain is expired because i forgot to update the credit card, as i no longer use the one now on my account. How can i get back this domain?
  It is extremely urgent that i find a solution asap

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did it expire?
