Why is it impossible to speak to a human being or report a big when the site?

    Why does WP make technical support such a pain? Why is it considered acceptable to completely ignore users? Why is there no way to contact anyone directly? Is it because they think this will make people pay in order to get technical support? If so, then does anyone see the hole in this logic? These are not rhetorical questions. I’m genuinely curious why WordPress thinks it’s acceptable to offer absolutely no support for its users.
