Why is it prompting me to "purchase theme" when I have upgraded to the premium plan?

  I have been trying to figure out the right theme for my blog. I purchased the premium plan but it is still prompting me to purchase when I thought they were all part of what I bought. thanks

  Hi Frances,

  Can you please go to this page and try activating a Premium Theme from here?

  https://francesyoodotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php

  Just a note, if you switch themes any customizations you added to your current theme will be lost even if you return back to the same theme. Your widgets will be removed and set inactive as well.

  If it is prompting you to pay for a Premium Theme please let me know!
