Why is it saying site coming and it is linked to another word press account?

  Why is my site saying it’s linked to another account?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site https://patience142.wordpress.com/ is not in “Coming Soon” status, and it’s connected to the account you used to submit the above request. Are you referring to a different site?

  Yes .
  Mhasibuwako.org it is saying it is connected to another account yet this is the email I used to purchase it and this where it should be, I have the receipt and everything

  A “call” is not an option because WordPress.com has no phone support. Let me notify staff about the issue and hopefully they’ll be able to assist you in resolving the issue. Staff will respond here.

  mhasibuwako.org is saying site coming soon, why is that ?
  Also is it possible to share photos here to show you what’s going on because I dont think am explaining the situation properly

  Yes, the site is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from.

  You’re seeing the Coming Soon message because you have not launched the site for public viewing. You can go to Settings > General from your dashboard and change the settings from coming soon to public if you are ready for people to view the site.

  Yes, feel free to upload a photo to your media library, as staff are able to view the images from there. Thanks!
