Why is it saying that we've exceeded our Media? We should have plenty?

  We are getting a message that we have exceeded our media limit saying we have used 21 out of 13. We upgraded approx. two years ago and also a few months ago and we should have approx. 28 and up until last week we did… what happened? We had plenty of room…
