Why is it so darn hard to contact someone there to cancel my subscription??

  I attempted to cancel my subscription a few days ago, but have since been charged. Please cancel all my subscriptions and refund all paid. Thank you. I doubt that this will even go to a person so yeah, go ahead and post it publicly. Should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription.

  When you cancelled the mapping upgrades on the 18th, the renewal charges had already been made to your card – the payments went through a few hours before you cancelled the upgrades.

  I’ve refunded both payment for you now. You should receive the refunds in about 10 business days. You can find receipts for the refunds in your billing history here:
