Why is it so difficult to renew a domain name?

    Can someone explain how to renew my domain name? I’ve been to the renew page, entered my payment details, which I think haven’t gone through as I’ve been asked the question: this blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did I mean to buy them? But there is no button to click yes or no. I’m frustrated now at how difficult a simple process should be! Renew the damn domain name. That’s all I want to do. Simple.
    I’ve been trying to do this for a few weeks now on and off. Can someone please help before I abandon wordpress altogether.

    Hi Brian,

    Sorry for the trouble! That domain name is owned by the other administrator on the site, and it sounds like you’re hitting a bug in the renewal process when you try to renew it for that other administrator. I reported that bug to our team so we can investigate that.

    In the meantime, I’ve sent you an email to help you renew that domain name right away. Please let me know if you don’t get that email from me.
