Why is it so hard to contact WordPress

    Hi, I want to talk to someone from a WordPress customer support about a refund for a miscellaneous charge from my account. I’m struggling to find an adequate contact that isn’t a third-party help desk (who have told me can’t answer the question). Any clue where I can get in touch with customer support about payment issues?

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
